After spending 25 years in service to our country, Skip Bailey now serves his local community. In addition to serving on the PLCS Board of Education, Skip teaches the next generation of aviators at UNO. He and his wife are also active volunteers at the NeighborGood Food Pantry, which assists those in our community who are having trouble making ends meet.
All three of Skip’s children came up through Papillion La Vista Community Schools and he credits the education they received here with their success in higher education and their professional careers!
