Why We Started

Our organization was founded with purpose — a shared passion for public education and a deep appreciation for those who help shape our children’s lives. As parents within the PLCS community, we’ve witnessed countless remarkable moments facilitated by our dedicated teachers and staff. Unfortunately, we’ve also observed unwarranted negativity and baseless attacks directed at our teachers and school board members. We firmly believe that those who love and support PLCS far outweigh the dissenting voices. With this conviction, we founded PLV Ed Matters — a united, non-partisan effort to ensure that PLCS remains exceptional for our children, your children, and our community. Together, we strive to maintain PLCS Greatness.
